Continuing the discussion from Lions are being included in Tiger Den Unit meetings and marked “*sub-unit change”:
@DonovanMcNeil I’m experiencing the same behavior across every single den. Was there ever a resolution identified for this issue?
I’m the CC and multiple den leaders have reported this issue. This is what I see happening:
- When in view mode, past and future events on den calendars display numerous Scouts and parents who don’t belong to that den (next to their name is a red status “*Sub-Unit Change”)
- When in edit mode for one of these future events, the “Auto Add” boxes are checked for invitees and those erroneous youth and most erroneous adults are not shown on the invitee list (adults who have both Leader and Parent roles in the pack–but not in the den whose calendar this is on still show in both places)
- Removing all invitees, then selecting all current youth and all current parents/guardians adds the correct youth, correct parents, and all adults with both Leader and Parent roles in the pack)
- After removing erroneous adults and saving the event, the invitee list appears correct in view mode (whether Auto-Add was checked or not, the invitee list appears correct)
Is the only solution manually editing every single den event? (We’re a pack of 80 with a full calendar, this is really tedious.)
Is there a solution to not include parent-leaders that aren’t a part of these dens when clicking select all curent parents/guardians?
