We have a new parent who is getting this error when trying to log in. Any advice?

First thing:
Best not to provide the username in the forums. These groups are world-readable, even if you have to log in to post. Member ID is enough for the SUAC volunteers to look things up, generally. If they need more identifying information, they can set up a private chat channel to get it from you.
Regarding the login issue, how long ago did they create their account? Are they “just” a parent, or did they also apply for a registered scouter position?
I’m not seeing any issues logging in at my.scouting.org, at least at the moment. What browser are they using? Some scouting.org sites can behave strangely with Safari, for example.

@JerryKezar In Scoutbook Plus, the other parent or one of the unit’s Key 3 needs to look up the Scout and add the relationship to the new parent.
This is a new parent trying to submit an application for a new scout. He is not on our unit roster yet for us to make any changes in Scoutbook Plus.

I’m not sure how they got there, but they created an account and were working on their child’s application. They then received an error and had to log in to continue. They are now unable to log in.
@JerryKezar I would have them start over at beascout and I would watch them over their shoulder to help - the log in is fine.
