Several of our Scouts and leaders are reporting that when they try to access Scoutbook, they are being sent instead to my.Scouting.org or to the About Scoutbook page. They then have to search to locate the login page.
@CharlesOlson - are we certain that they are using scoutbook.scouting.org? I am suspecting not.
Be sure they are pressing LOGIN not SIGN-UP on the scoutbook homepage. Sign-up redirects to the my.scouting account creation page because the two systems share an SSO.
seems like a PICNIC issue to me
