So, I was trying to remove one scout from a den and when I went to do so the entire den of scouts disappear. The scout I was trying to remove stayed on my active roster, but the rest of the den went away. They are not on my roster on Scoutbook Plus, but I can see them just fine on Scoutbook. The history of my activity shows that I awarded rank for those scouts three days ago, but those scouts are not on my roster. How do I get them back?

Yeah it sounds like your cache then - might want to clear it for Scouting.org
