Lost Full Control

I am the Unit Advancement Chair. I am listed as such in Scoutbook. I have been using Scoutbook since he beginning. Now all of a sudden I do not have full control and cannot edit any Advancement.
What do you think the problem is? Who assign “full control” to an adult member?

Your pack or troop admins according to the scoutbook roster control permissions.

Try re-setting your Troop Admin role.

  1. Go to your Troop Roster page in Scoutbook.
  2. Click on your name.
  3. Click on your Troop Admin role.
  4. Make sure the box is checked next to “Position Approved”.
  5. Click Update.
  6. Then log out of Scoutbook, and log back in.

If that doesn’t work, you might need someone else who is a Troop Admin to do it for you.
