Paul B has moved from my council to another council. During Covid he didn’t register, so he has a break in tenure. Mom tried printing out his SB advancements from here to give to new unit, and there was nothing there. I pulled his record from Akela and sent to Mom, but of course it doesn’t show OLD id is 134892509, new MID is 14071115

An Admin can go to My Dashboard > Report > Scout History report > enter in the data and get what you need

Actually I can merge the accounts - on the new account it looks like no requirements have been entered so there will be no lose

thanks Donovan. Mom was confused why she couldn’t see anything. Me, too If you can do the merge, I will let her know.
