I have a den leader that accidentally marked an award as awarded. It is not showing on the purchase report and I’m pretty sure it’s because it got marked as awarded. I went in and tried to unmark the award button and it keeps giving me an error. What can we do to mark these scouts as not awarded so they will show on the purchase report?

This is a known issue. The developers are aware but we do not know when a fix will be released.
Cub Scout adventures and awards are not restricted so they do not need to be on an advancement report to purchase. In Cub Scouts, only rank patches are restricted.
I made a similar goof yesterday in that I marked an adventure completed and approved for the wrong brother. Not seeing anywhere that I can remove the completion. When I remove the “Approved” check and delete the date, I get an error that the “user advancement record update failed”
