A parent somehow was able to mark a rank completed in scoutbook when there are still items that need to be completed. Is there a way to “unmark” it? It’s so screwed up now because I cannot mark recent things completed on that rank.
Individual rank items do not need to be marked complete to mark the whole rank complete. Have you tried to go in and remove the dates from the overall rank?
