MB: Can't toggle Initial Unit Signature

I am setting up digital merit badges for some of my youth, and it won’t let me add the date for Initial Unit Leader Signature. It prompts for a date, but there is no way to accept the date, and have it process.

I have tried Safari, Firefox and Chrome (and two different computers)

Now that I go back to capture a screen shot, it is popping up with the correct window.
And I can add the date
