I’m trying to update a scouts MB requirement completion as a MB Counselor. I’m connected to the scout on Scoutbook. When I go to My Connections and click on the scout I get the following error message, “Whoops, We encountered and error trying to process your request.” It has been doing this all week. I thought by now it might have been fixed.
Use the MB Counselor section on the upper left portion of legacy Scoutbook to record MB progress.

Connections was never a great place to do this - the Mt Merit Badge Counseling on Dashboard is the best place
