MB data from SBL to SB+ created a problem

Hi all,

It appears Scouts that marked MB’s complete in SBL (indicating to the MBC they are ready to be tested), now have approved MB’s in SB+ after the partial migration of MB modual.

This is making prepping for the CoH challenging.

@JohnSagami- i think some member id and merit badge examples will help figure out what happened.
** If you go to the To Award list there is audit data on who approved an item:

It was

137310304 for Personal Management.

It showed approved by when I hovered over over the Approved (in blue) it said Completed by the Scout.

I saw on the needs approval that the MBC approved it. So somehow the Scout marked it complete, following the process, and the MB tested and approved.

But for some reason when hovering over the approved, it only listed the scout marking it complete.

Unfortunately I approved it and it populated my name as marking it complete and approved.

Shouldn’t it have saved the Scout as marking it complete and not me?

@JohnSagami- that is audit data so I wonder if running the audit log report will show more information.

It is a known issue that MBC audit data is not appearing in Scoutbook Plus. The developers are working on a fix.

I looked at this MB and it was in fact Counselor Approved.
