On Scoutbook Plus, when go to my MBC Dashboard then click on the badge alongside the Scout I wish to work on. It says I will be presented with the merit badge page for the Scout and then I can click on individual requirements and enter requirement completion dates. But, when I click on the badge, nothing happens.
@KimKilpatrick1 - change it to view by youth then you will get this:
I have also updated the help page to clear up that section
I currently only have one youth, so that doesn’t work. Our unit previously would just have me text the advancement chair and she would enter everything into Scoutbook for me. So we added one Scout before the migration to test it out.
@KimKilpatrick1 - I am not sure you are understanding how the process works. I can do a screen share with you to walk you through it.
