We have a scout who completed many requirements for the Personal Mgmt MB and which were logged in legacy SB shortly after completing 2024 summer camp. However, the completed requirements aren’t visible in SB+. Can someone assist to resolve this issue as the scout is currently applying for his Eagle project approval and is working to complete his Eagle required badges. Scout’s member ID is 134119512.
It could be someone changed the version of the MB. Generate a Scouts BSA History report for this Scout. It will show all versions of the MB.
Yes looks like that scout is on the 2019 version
Yes; the version was modified and we couldn’t get this updated recently in SB during some upgrade to the app. I was informed yesterday that our SB access is active again and was able to modify the scout’s record for the MB. All good now; TY for the guidance and insight..
I (advancement chair) have entered Cooking completions 2 times for scout 141295708. After my first time entering, it was noticed several days later, not everything was showing entered (I very possibly could have missed those 3 requirements). Last night, I noticed 3 requirements in section 4 were approved by people we do not know and are not showing in the scout’s connections (nothing in section 4 should be approved). Furthermore, requirements from section 5 which were entered/approved in the first entry and were still marked approved last night are now no longer checked.

yes - requirement 4. She has not done any of that yet. These are the requirements that should be checked off. All completed at winter camp 12/30. 1a., 1b., 1c., 1d., 1e., 2a., 2b., 2c., 2d., 2e., 3a., 3b., 3c., 5a., 5b., 5c., 5d., 5e., 5f., 5g., 5h., 6a., 6b., 6c., 6d., 6e., 6f., 7a., 7b.
