Scoutbook recently dropped three MBCs in Council 031,saying they did not have an “active MBC position”. Looking at their Person Profile in Registrar Tools, each of them have a non-expired MBC registration and their YPT is current. We then re-uploaded the entire council MBC list (including these three individuals) to Scoutbook, and the Error Listing again said they did not have an active MBC position. We need help to understand what is happening.

As this is a Council issue - a Membercare Ticket should be created and sent in
@JuddStiff the first 2 - MBC ended in scoutbook 11/15 - not sure why but I imagine the import process might have done it.
The 3rd one is not an Active MBC in AKELA
I have this same issue. YPT is current. Existing membership expires 12/31/24. My primary membership (was due to expire 12/31/24) was renewed on 11/8/24 and now expires 12/31/25. This is the only position showing as renewed with council stating that they will sync once National “records the payment on their end”.
On 11/15/24 received an email that my MBC position had been dropped. In my profile I see an end date in that position of 11/15 and there is a comment in the note field “ AkelaSBDeltaSyncUpdate”.

Yes, we saw in MyBSA2 that the MBC association was ended on 11/15, but there was no import of MBCs on or recently before that date. How can this be fixed? These two individuals are currently registered as MBCs (Code 42) so our Registrar cannot re-register them. Running a new import on 11/16 did not fix the issue and resjulted in the same Error Message.
As stated Devs are looking at it - simply stated the system acted odd
