We manage our whole calendar in Scoutbook. We put in district and council events that members would likely attend to drive out any conflicts. As our members have now become involved in OA, it would be nice to have a meeting type of OA. Then the attendees would be unit adults and Scouts who are OA members. This would finally be a reason for the OA fields in a person’s record!
