Member on Roster but not in scoutbook

Scout with member ID 137157494 showing in Troop Roster on My. Scouting but it seems as if no leader is connected, nor does he show on roster view in Scoutbook. Can’t update any info to make him visible in Scoutbook. No scouts remain to “connect to” in SB.

@MattCole SB User had no DOB and wrong Gender - that is fixed and memberships look good in Troop and Crew in SB
