Merge Account for New Scout User

My son is a new cub scout. When I log in it says “another user is using the same email address.” It says to post on here to have the issue fixed.

It looks like what you did was create a ID with your son’s information instead of your own. This caused 2 Scoutbook accounts to be created with your e-mail address.

It will take me a few minutes to untangle everything. I’ll post again when I am finished.

This is fixed. Log in to Scoutbook with the same e-mail address you used previously. This will log you in to your account, not to your son’s account. Your son will appear on the My Dashboard page.
