Parent Account Creation Issues - Duplicate?

I have a parent that is trying to log into Scoutbook for the first time and had some issues getting started. Once they were in they said they could not see their Cub and had a message stating “Warning, another user is using the same e-mail address. If this is unexpected, contact your local council or post to the Using Scoutbook Forum.” I suspect in the process of getting logged in they inadvertently created a secondary account. Could someone assist with merging/fixing this? The Member ID they said they were given is: 141130020
