Merge Accounts 9341068 and 13970600

I have a leader with multiple accounts - SB User ID 9341068 and 13970600. The first is connected to the Troop but he logs into the second. Thanks.

I guess while I’m at it I should get help merging the duplicate Parent accounts. These are Member IDs rather than SB User IDs. Thanks.
