Merge accounts (or delete old account?)

I have an adult that will be joining our Pack committee and we’re trying to clean up previously created accounts. They’ve had a few calls with our council registrar and we keep thinking the problem is resolved, but both of these accounts are still listed as connected to their scout in Scoutbook. Perhaps the BSA IDs have been merged, but there’s still this old Scoutbook Account hanging around? Can someone help or give some insight?
