Need help merging accounts!

I need help merging accounts. Somehow I have two accounts; one is paid and has my child associated the way it’s supposed to and the other does not. Please help! The correct one is

SB User ID:

BSA Member ID:
14384566

The incorrect one is
BSA Member ID:
14384543

Can someone help me merge the incorrect one into the correct one or delete the incorrect one completely so my email/info isn’t associated with accounts? I don’t want it to create an issue down the road.
