Merge Duplicate Parent Account Help

It’s been a while since I’ve had one of these but I have an Adult with more than one account. It’s keeping him from doing RSVPs and all that.

Any assistance merging these would be greatly appreciated.

BSA ID #1: 130826671
BSA ID #2: 13622596 (merge this one into the longer one, right?)

The user has 3 member ID numbers, but the primary one is: 130826671.
.
