Merge of SB accounts with VST

Hi
Mid 122731604 and MID 13086664 belong to the same person. In a valiant effort to clean things up, I went to merge his 2 SB accounts. In VST, in the search both show as in my council. When I go to merge, I get told “not in council” I really would like to end up with MID 122731604 as the surviving MID. I have tried it both ways with 122731604 being the receiving one, and with 1306664 being the receiving one.. I have sync’d from person record, and tried again. Nada. Any ideas?

Initial bet is cause neither have an Active registration in council - but am checking

AH HA!! never thought of that!

talking to myself…in the past I have merged where 1 wasn’t registered, but that worked. I think this is my first where both aren’t parents or registered. TY
