Have a parent whose scoutbook account is not able to be found in VST it shows as no council

look at SB User 11809212 - the provided MID is not in SB
the 2 MIDs are now managed - the one WITH a SB User is Primary
My brain is not firing well today still confused
The 12648372 is the correct one the other one has her YOB as 2009
When unit try’s to attach parent it cannot find her when i search for her in VST it shows sb account in another council and I cannot connect it to her MY scouting account
