Scoutbook Using Scoutbook & Scoutbook Plus

After recharter, one of the scout’s account in T118G is messed up.
Currently, all of her stuff has disappeared. In Scoutbook, she has no rank nor any other accomplishments.

Can we merge her account to see if this will fix the issue?
