I have a new parent in my troop with multiple accounts.
Two parent accounts are linked to Member ID: 12620148
He is unable to access due to this issue. Would merging these accounts resolve this issue?

@DanaMyers2 - I cleaned up some things but all looks good - the user has a username - (Firstinitial)(Lastname)
