Welcome! This forum has a treasure trove of great info – Scouters helping Scouters! Just a heads up, though - all content, information, and opinions shared on this forum are those of the author, not the BSA.
Our troop has an instance of two accounts for one parent in Scoutbook. Curiously, even though both instances are listed as the parent of the scout, one of the instances of the parent’s name shows up in our attendance list under the youth section. The parent has never logged in to either account. I’m not sure how two accounts even exist for the parent. I simply need to merge the two accounts and make sure they’re listed as an adult parent, not a youth, on our attendance list.
Can someone merge these for me? I can provide the corresponding BSA ID #'s if requested. However, links to the two corresponding profile pages are below:
I have a similar issue with a parent that can log in but gets a message that there is a duplicate account, and even though she is logging in with the email address that is linked to her scout, her scout and our troop does not show up on her SB dashboard. The scoutbook member ID linked to her scout is 14273192, but when she logs in with the same email address, it shows her ID as 140926707. Help, please!
