Hello, back in December I posted asking for help merging two accounts. I stated that I only have access to 12112017. Unfortunately it seems my accounts were merged to the account that I cannot access, 14010025. When I try to recover my username for 14010025, it says I don’t have an account. I called my council back in December and asked them to do the things I was told to do in here, they were a bit confused and I’m not sure what they did. 12112017 is the account that I always log into and manage my den in, it shows my YPT training, etc, however, I now cannot renew my daughter’s registration. Can I get all my stuff into one account that I can actually log into?
@AmyBradlow You are registered under member ID (MID) 14010025, so that is the one that you need to use. Please log all the way out, then log back in again. You might need to wait overnight for things to work correctly.
Please contact your local council and ask them to use their Registrar Tools to look up your children. In the “Relationships” tab / section, you should be listed as parent only under MID 14010025. They should remove you if listed as parent under any other MID. This will help to prevent future issues, such as duplicate Scoutbook accounts.
