@MalissaMoore there is no merging MIDs - users can log into my.scouting.org > Click Manage Member ID > one of the BSA # will be there marked PRIMARY > then add the other MID (BSA #) - you want to make the one that is your unit registration PRIMARY
You could have used VST to do this also as you are a VST user

I’m new to all of this. Thank you for fixing all of these. Are there instructions somewhere to doing it myself?
SUAC does not know if there is VST training for staff - we have provided some - @GaryFeutz do you know of any training or documents?
