Duplicate Accounts to Merge

I have two BSA accounts that I need to have merged.

My member IDs are 13500950 and 135694002.

The surviving member ID should be 13500950.

Thanks

@PhillipMoler add 110182914 to that - I will clean up SB for you but you either need to talk to council about them merging them or log into my.scouting.org > click Menu top left > Click Manage Member ID > one of the BSA # will be there marked PRIMARY > then add the other MID (BSA #) - you want to make the one that is your unit registration PRIMARY > Then go to Scoutbook.com and log in using your my.scouting.org credentials

Hi Donovan,

I have a parent who is having trouble logging in to Scoutbook, MID 13231741. I think he has a second account, as I find another adult of the same name & council when I search to add a connection to his scout to which he is already connected. As I recall, if an adult is already connected, then that account will not show up again in a search to make a connection.

If I am correct, does it matter which step is done first?

  1. Merge Scoutbook accounts via SUAC or
  2. Merge My.Scouting accounts via council registrar

Thanks,
Doug

This is fixed @DougWright - they need to use my.scouting.org credentials which is everything before @ of their email
