I see there is a topic similar dealing with scouts this is adults and I agree since Scoutbook stopped fixing these problems and directed us to our local council the Merging isn’t something that I can get done.
First I have our Charter Rep under two emails one was a dummy email created when they were registered “changemyemail@scoutbook.com” on the actual Scoutbook user but the second was her original scoutbook ID with her correct email. I cannot change the dummy email as the old account is out there on a dormant adult user.
I have similar problem with a scout’s parent in which one has his email the other cannot be updated since the email is on another account.
