Somehow I have two Scoutbook/My Scouting accounts. I honestly don’t know how this happened but it’s been like this for a while. I didn’t see it as an issue as a parent as I just used the one where I was connected to my kids. Now that I’m a den leader it’s causing more issues, my positions as den leader and committee member are only showing up in the other account, the one I don’t actually use and where I have no connection to my kids who are scouts. I don’t know how to fix this? Can I delete one?
I merged the two scoutbook accounts. Do you prefer to use the username or email address to log in going forward?
