Merging two Scouts in Scoutbook

Running into an issue that when a Scout started in our unit I added them to Scoutbook. The den leader was marking off advancement and such. When Council finally added the Scout, it created a new entry for them for the advancement sync. The issue is all the advancements are on one entry for the Scout but I need them moved to the new one. How do I go about merging the two?

Send an e-mail to scoutbook.support@scouting.org with name, BSA#, council, unit and the ScoutUserID from the URL of each of the duplicates. Ask them to merge the Scouts.
