Merit badge counselor badge not show up

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with my account on scouting.org and would appreciate your assistance.

When I log in and navigate to my Profile to view my approved merit badges as a counselor, the section where the badges and their start dates should be listed appears empty. Instead, I see a message indicating “no date available,” and none of the badges are displayed.

However, all of my approved merit badges are correctly visible in both Scoutbook and Scoutbook Plus, where they appear as approved without any issues.

Could you please help resolve this discrepancy or advise on how to ensure my approved merit badges are properly displayed in my scouting.org profile?

@m20134 yes there seems to be some national issue with MBCs and Merit Badges in my.scouting
