Council said I was a active MB counselor but scoutbook showed I was not. When fixed the list of merit badges are wrong. Council verified approved MB and they see a correct list as does National. Scoutbook does not show the same list. How do I fix the merit badges I am a counselor for?
I see the following for you. Try going to Scoutbook, clicking on My Dashboard; My Account; My positions and see if they show up there.
You also had a couple of old SB accounts that I merged.
Those are not the ones my council has me approved for. They deactivated and reset and still wrong merit badges. I think the accurate list finally showed up this afternoon .
