I have a registered merit badge counselor, member id 14214546. His registration is current and he has assigned merit badges on his my.scouting profile, however when I look him up in Scoutbook no merit badges are listed. Can anyone assist me and this volunteer figure out what is wrong, so we can see his merit badges?
@SandraVan_Wyk it looks like the Council has not uploaded the MBs to Scoutbook
That has happened automatically for some time now unless there was a recent change to the automated process that was not communicated.
The Users SB User was set to a different council - I fixed council and I reset a sync to see if it resolves it.

@SandraVan_Wyk one other idea is to add or subtract one MB to see if that forces it - I am not sure if the sync is setup for MBs for MBCs
@DonovanMcNeil Thank you for that, but it does not seem to have corrected the issue. It appears this individuals has at least 3 Scoutbook accounts. He is registered in 3 different councils, so this may be contributing to the problem. Is there anything else the we can try?
