Merit Badge Counselor Visibility

I’ve recently added more merit badges to my repertoire. In the past I was able to change the “visibility” to only my troop. Is that action no longer available?

Everything I see says: Under My Dashboard → Administration → My Account → My Positions

I know I’ve done it before, but it was before the move to SB+. Even if I go under Legacy, Administration there is no “My Account”. All I have is “My Units” and “My Merit Badge Counseling: Send Message for Counselor” What am I missing?

I’d appreciate some direction.

1) Hardware: Desktop & Mobile (iPhone)

3) Browser: Safari or Chrome

@CharlesAtkins1 - no that is no longer an option. If an MBC does not want to work with a scout it is their choice. The role of MBC is a universal position.

@Stephen_Hornak explained it well - SUAC and the Devs know it is easy for the MBC to simply say “Sorry I cannot help with this” than to have a variable that gets outdated. And some councils do not let MBCs only work with their units, or they end the MBC registration, so that had to be considered too.

One thing you could do is change your availability to “Busy”, but let your troop know that you are available to them.
