I am trying to update a Scouts Merit Badge and it shows a disable grey x, they have finished the merit badge and I have the blue card and I am the advancement chair, please help
@bobbyleon vague info is not going to get you help. What Merit Badge? What is the Merit Badge Version? Exactly where is this Grey X? Also what is the Scouts Member # (no names)?
It is the Citz of the nation, the grey x is up in the right hand corner and his id is 135332725
@bobbyleon - perhaps a screenshot of the grey x and its location??
The blue card is signed and he did it at merit badges days and had to finish 2 requirements which he just did and the counselor signed off on that (it was a different counselor for the last two)

The last 2 he did the counselor did update on SB

You are signed in under a council/
District profile - go to top right dropdown and change it to unit
