I have a report that is simply all scouts, and all merit badges (not merit badge requirements). I run this report maybe monthly. Over the last couple of days it’s mostly timing out, when it does load and I click the CSV button, it always just times out with a 504 GATEWAY_TIMEOUT. I don’t think this is a case of the report being too big as it does load (and was loading perfectly fine up until this month).
@JonathanPayne1 - how many scouts are involved in this report ? And 504 would be related to a large amount of data
28 scouts. I also tried with roughly half (deselected half the patrols) and got the same results.
It takes 35 seconds to run for 5 scouts - which seems excessive but at least it loaded. If it loads with 14 scouts it’s taking 45 seconds. I cannot get a report to run with 20 scouts.
@JonathanPayne1 - what are all of your selections for this report ?

I’m taking the CSV and adding it to a spreadsheet where we do some custom analytics on it with custom reports looking at individual scout, patrol, troop, individual merit badge and merit badges with counselors in our unit
