I too am getting this warning when I log into Scoutbook and would like to get it fixed.

@NateSorenson It looks like 2 new usernames were created for you today.

Do you want to keep the username that has a bunch of numbers in it?

This is fixed. There was another Scoutbook account with your e-mail address but no other data. I have retired that account.

Your e-mail address was on your son’s Scoutbook account. I have removed it. I also found a 2nd Scoutbook account for you which I have merged into your primary account.

I have this issue too. Member ID 14771508


I found 2 Scoutbook IDs and 2 my.scouting.org IDs. I have merged these into single accounts. Continue using the my.scouting.org ID you logged in with yesterday.

Your account is missing your date of birth which could cause issues in the future. Try editing your profile in Scoutbook to add your DOB. If this does not work, you will need to contact your Council.

I also recommend contacting your Council to have them add your children to your relationships in Akela by using the Relationships tab in Registrar Tools. They will need your BSA Member ID to do this.
