Messages not sent

Hello,

Last night, I tried to use the messaging feature to contact all parents in my unit. The message had two PDF attachments.

Scoutbook said “Success! Email sent,” but 12 hours later, no one has received the email in their inboxes.

Any suggestions?

@ZachWhalen - how many recipients ? What email hosts ? Have you tried a test email to yourself with the same attachments ? You are certain that is EVERYONE?

Confirmed non-receipt on gmail, yahoo, and msn.

Not just to myself, but I was in the original recipient list.

Just now, I tried the same message but without the attachments, and it went through as expected.

The PDFs attached in the original attempt were standard one-page documents, so I don’t think there’s anything unusual about them, even though they seem to be the common factor.

@ZachWhalen page count on pdfs does not matter - how large are the file sizes?

The PDF files are both about 420kb.
