We have a few new scouts added to our troop, and when I go to access them from the roster, and click on their name, the drop down at the top of the page is showing a different scout name than the scout info below on the page. This isn’t the case for other leaders. I need to be able to update the payments log, but it will not work due to the mismatch
@HeatherParadis- are you connected to the new scouts in connection manager ?

@HeatherParadis this is too vague for me to understand exactly where you are seeing this. Can you be more specific or show screenshots?

@HeatherParadis if you are going to Scoutbook.scouting.org - that is nearly retired. You should start at advancements.scouting.org - Legacy Scoutbook only has MBC actions and Payment Logs now.
This might also be Nicknames vs First names.
@HeatherParadis Just to clarify, you are in Scoutbook (legacy), and you are trying to access payment logs for individual Scouts?
Based on what you are describing, it sounds like you are not connected to the new Scouts. A Troop Admin will need to connect you to the Scouts in Scoutbook (legacy) using the Connections Manager.

Thank you. We have resolved the issue. There were a few scouts with whom I was set as view instead of full control.
