Missing Founders Award in SBP

I have a new Scout to whom I added the Founders award in legacy SB a while ago, but in SBP, it does not show up. I tried adding it in SBP and I get this error:

The Scout in question is member ID 141692855 for the Greater Yosemite Council. How do I get that to show up in SBP?

There are known issues with awards. Watch Scoutbook - Scoutbook Plus Change Log - Scouting Forums for an announcement of a fix. If your specific issue is not fixed after the announcement, please post again.
