Unable to record Founder's Bar award

Hi, I am trying to record the Founder’s Bar award to all youth in my pack. I was able to do it for two of the youth; however, I am receiving an error message when trying to apply it to the rest of the pack.

I have a quick screenshare video I can provide to Scouting America staff that shows the issue I’m running into, but it doesn’t have youth info redacted; please let me know who I can send the link to. In addition, I’ve attached a PDF of the BSA IDs of the youth that have the award. Lastly, here are the youth I haven’t been able to apply the founders bar award to:

@SalmaKhan what process are you using to record the award? Quick Entry? Individual Profile?

that’s exactly what’s happening!

Yep - it is a good one I think - the award has no reqs. But QE demands a Req - so you “select all” reqs (=Null) and the system does not know what to do. It is reported

any further action needed on my end for now?

no - you can enter them manually by each scout for now - not sure if/when this would be corrected

I am getting the same error when I try to update just one scout

in addition, I have youth showing up in the attached screenshot as needing approval, but when I go to the approval section, no youth are listed.

also, for whatever it’s worth, i was able to award two youth the founder’s bar award a few days ago.
