I happened to be logged into SB+ checking the record of one of our scouts last night and noticed that their Totin’ Chip wasn’t listed. I thought that was odd, pulled up their record in Legacy and I see the Totni’ Chip listed there. When I went back to SB+ it has the Totin’ Chip listed as “Not Started”. I tried to add the award and received an error message that it was already awarded in 2023 …. This makes me ask the question, do I need to comb thru every scout’s record and compare what was put into Legacy to make sure it appears in SB+. Even if I did that all I have at the end of the day is a list of missing info - what do I do with that list to help restore the scouts records?
