Missing leader off Scoutbook Roster

Please help, my local council has tried to help me and they are stuck as well. I have a current leader whom they can see on my troop roster, but they are unable to show it on MY troop roster. They advised me to ask here as they couldn’t figure it out.

Note, he has 3 membership numbers and we have put his primary membership is the one he has placed into my.scouting.org, but it is still not showing up with our troop roster on Scoutbook Plus or Scoutbook.

I don’t know what to do at this point and this leader is very frustrated!

Please post the leader’s Scouting America Member ID (no names)

It has been escalated to National. Hopefully it updates today. Thank you.

I would not expect a quick turnaround from National. If you post the Scouting America Member ID (no names) a member of the SUAC can often resolve the issue MUCH faster.
