Hello. We are missing one of our leaders from our roster in Scoutbook Plus, even though he appears correctly on our roster in my.scouting.org. Can someone advise on how to resolve this issue? His member ID is 130793320.

I see this individual on the Troop 235 roster as both a Unit Participant and Unit College Scouter Reserve. I have ended the Unit Participant membership as I suspect that was causing issues.

That change should have happened immediately as I made it directly in the SB DB. If you still don’t see the individual in SB+, contact your Council and ask them to expire the Unit Participant membership. It is in the lapse period and could be conflicting with the Unit College Scouter Reserve membeship.
