Missing scout on Scoutbook but is on my.scouting.org roster

I have a scout named Isaac, member #14656470 , who is on my my.scouting roster but is not in our scoutbook account. He was in our troop but then dropped out and decided on dec 31 to renew but i cannot get him to show back up in our scoutbook roster for advancement needs.

I have cleared my cache, worked on connections, but nothing has worked so far. Please advise.

@DavidAugason once you manually end a membership in Scoutbook typically the Scout will not come back in with automatic processes. I have setup a 24 hour sync that should resolve it
