Scout 14801792 is on roster in my.scouting.org but not showing on ScoutBook Plus roster
@DonnaSword not sure what happened here - I set a 24 hour sync for the scout
We have this issue as well for scout # 137120847. He is current in our my.scouting roster but dropped off of scoutbook plus roster.
@AnnaMartignoni this scout is registered in 2 councils at once? You and a crew in a different council?
He is working at camp in another state so maybe they registered him with their council? How do I fix that? He is still very much active in our troop.
OK that is fixed - might take up to 24 hours and a Hard Refresh to see.
I apologize if piggybacking these is not correct procedure - please correct me if so. We are also seeing this with a scout that is currently active on our roster on MyScouting but is not on SB+. Scout number is 141821975.
@BradleyCicchillo I set a 24 hour sync for the scout - your chair ended the membership somehow
@BradleyCicchillo looking again I am also wondering if the scout registration is fully processed by council
@BradleyCicchillo it is like it is not paid maybe - I would get screenshot on Roster of my.scouting of the scout - and I think Status will say submitted - to your council for them to investigate. It MIGHT be whoever submitted the app, can go in and take action on the app to complete it or close it and resubmit it.
The sync reset the scout and is now showing up in Scoutbook again. Thank you! I’ll still take that screen shot and back-pocket it if I run into any problems signing things off.
