Multiple profiles for children - Need to update advancement information

Continuing the discussion from Multiple profiles for children:

We are now at a point where our primary unit/council is Pack 360 in Verdugo Hills Council. They weren’t able to see the advancement information for my children to purchase awards, so I believe we need to update so that they own the full advancement history of my children.

Child 1:

  • Member ID 141785324
  • Member ID 142152096 - This profile seems to be empty of all advancement information and needs to be updated/merged with the other profile

Child 2

  • Member ID 140433821
  • Member ID 142152094 - This profile seems to be empty of all advancement information and needs to be updated/merged with the other profile

Also, they aren’t connected to my member ID (ID142154618) in Verdugo Hills Council and need to have the relationship updated

@etruongcao the SB users are fixed - as far as Relationships - either the unit or council needs to add those

I received a screenshot from the SE that the council system shows my children linked to me:

But when I log into SB+, they aren’t showing up as options I can select:

Why might I not be able to see my children on my profile in SB+?

What council are you currently active in? I found 4 Scoutbook accounts and 4 Scouting America Member IDs for you.

I have merged your accounts. I found a 5th Scoutbook account and a 2nd my.scouting.org ID. I have merged these as well. Make sure you are logging in with the my.scouting.org ID ending with a number.

You may have to do a hard refresh to see your children.
